The short version
Mega Tees is a small, family-owned business in Houston, Texas. We collect the minimum information needed to fulfill your order and improve the site. We never sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted vendors (Shopify, Printify, Netlify, Microsoft Clarity) who are bound by their own privacy commitments. Below is the long version.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, and payment information you provide at checkout.
- Contact: any information you include when you email us.
- Newsletter signup: email address if you join our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- Browsing data: pages visited, time on site, browser type, approximate location, referring URL.
- Cookies: small files stored in your browser to remember cart contents and preferences.
How we use it
- Fulfill and ship your order (passed to Printify for production and the shipping carrier).
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opted in) marketing emails.
- Provide customer support when you contact us.
- Improve the site — fix bugs, identify popular products, measure performance.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention).
Who we share it with
We use a handful of vendors to run the business. Each only sees the data needed for their function:
- Shopify: processes payments, hosts the checkout, stores order records.
- Printify: receives your shipping address and order details to print + ship your shirt.
- Netlify: hosts the storefront you're reading right now.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous heatmap and analytics (no PII).
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.): receive your shipping address.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete that information.
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- Opt out of analytics tracking (most modern browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting we respect).

Cookies
We use cookies for: cart contents (so your bag survives a page reload), session management (so checkout works), and anonymous analytics (so we can see which pages people actually use). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout will stop working but the rest of the site will still load.
Children
Mega Tees is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when we change anything material, and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Substantial changes will be announced via email to subscribed customers.
