Print-on-demand means every shirt is made just for you. That changes how returns work — here's the deal.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If your shirt arrives with a print defect, a damaged blank, the wrong size, or the wrong design — we'll replace it or refund you, free, no questions asked. Email hello@megatees.shop within 30 days of delivery with:

We'll send a replacement within 1 business day. You don't need to ship the original back unless we ask — most defective shirts just get recycled.

Color + print variation (please read)

Our product images are digital mockups created to show the design — they're illustrations, not photos of your specific shirt. Because every order is printed individually, the printed colors, ink density, print placement, and overall look can differ from the mockup and from one shirt to the next. Screens also display color differently — what looks one shade on your phone may print a little lighter, darker, or warmer on cotton, and garment shades can vary slightly between batches.

These variations are a normal part of made-to-order, direct-to-garment printing and are not considered defects. They aren't grounds for a free replacement or refund. We only replace or refund items with a genuine printing defect, damage, or a fulfillment error (see above). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor differences between the mockup and the finished shirt may occur.

Sizing issues

This is where print-on-demand differs from a normal store. Because every shirt is made when you order, we can't take back a shirt that fits wrong and resell it. That said, we want you to wear what you bought, so here's our compromise:

Changed your mind

Because every shirt is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind or wrong-color purchases. If you really need to talk to us about it, email us — we'll do what we can.

Wrong address

If your package gets returned to us because the address was wrong, we'll contact you to confirm a corrected address. You'll be responsible for re-shipping costs. If we can't reach you within 14 days, the order is forfeited.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, first check with your neighbors and your local post office (USPS occasionally misroutes). If it's still missing after 5 days, email us and we'll file a claim and send a replacement.

If tracking shows the package is stuck in transit for more than 14 days domestic or 30 days international, contact us and we'll send a replacement.
